Asc2Html  

Asc2Html is a simple program. The program reads the ASCII file and convert to HTML format.The program just processes new line, blank, Tab, '<', '>', '&', '\'. For speciial character 169, 174, 176, no multi-byte flag must be set, otherwise program will treat it as a multi-byte character and direct copy it.
