Because, FLY was not updated since 2001., and the windows version download in official site is 1.6.0 not 2.0.0. Here will like to provided you a version 2.0.0 binary code download. This version was compilier by Microsoft Visual C 6.0 with gd 2.0.35 and NO_FORK was defined.
